Here is our first theme.
Wine is a genetic matter in Aquitaine!
Very first vineyards have been planted by t he Romans in our valleys.
They set up a whole trading which has been increased during the English period, thanks to Eleonor of Aquitaine.
You will discover the wine in all its aspects: history, viticulture, art of making wine, tasting!...
Our expert, Pascal, will introduce you to the very best places, the very best wines and will surprise you with the amazing history of the area. 
The three examples of options below will give you an idea of our proposals. 
Of course, you are welcome for any specific request you could have.

Farniente option
Here is our first option: Farniente. It means "do nothing". This is the motto of this option. We keep everything in our hands from airport to airpot including all the travels, each moment of the day. You have just one thing to do: enjoy!

Day 1 – Arrival
 Arrival at the airport where we are pleased to welcome and collect you

In case of arrival in the morning, Lunch will be provided.
During afternoon, moments of convivence, discovery of the location and explanation about the planning.

 11h30 to 12h30 – Visit of the medieval town
 In the footsteps of Pascal, you will discover history of the area, history of wine and vineyards, according to his inspiration

 12h30 to 14h00 – Easy lunch in a restaurant on the central place

 14h00 to 16h00 – Visit of a Château Grand Cru 
including visit of the chais and wine tasting

 16h15 to 17h00 – Back to the property

 17h00 to 19h00 – Rest

 19h00 to 21h00 – Food and wine pairing evening

This is a very special proposal, one of our very best as it allows to stay at your place, enjoying food and wine without any risk of driving or whatever. Tasting portions of delicate food served to enhance the flavor and aromas of wine. Talk about wine and history of the area, how to taste a wine, history of wine, different cepages,... And then, no need to drive or whatever, just enjoy!

 With the fresh produces bought at the market place (different breads, oysters, local charcuteries, roasts, farm cheeses, local wines,...)

 13h30 to 14h15 – Journey to Monbazillac

 14h15 to 16h15 – Visit of the castel, tasting of the Monbazillac wines

 16h15 to 17h00 – Return to Maison Suzy et Elie

 17h00 to 17h30 – Resting pause

 17h30 to 18h30 – Wine chat

 19h00 – Aperitif
