Private chef

We offer you a selection of our most popular menus. Each dish is cooked with fresh and local produce. 
Well known vegetables of the Garonne valley, tasty tomatoes from Marmande, plums from Agen, asparagus from the sandy Dropt valley,... 
We are blessed to live in such a place. Above all when we think about pairing these ingredients with Saint-Emilion, Monbazillac or even Sauternes wines! This region belongs to the heart of gastronomy.
We are very strict regarding the freshness and the organic origin of each ingredient. And, of course, each dish is freshly home made! 
Our menus will give some ideas and we are happy to take your special requests.

Wine experiences

Food and wine are our passion. We marry them with two magnificent proposals; Food & Wine Pairing Experience, and a Private Picnic in a Vineyard.

Our Food and Wine Pairing Experience takes place at your location, allowing you to discover different local dishes paired with wines hand-picked by us from some of the best local vineyards. Pascal explains each dish and why the flavours compliment the wine. He will also explain the history of our area including the English presence, our way of life….little secrets and more!
